NEC’S UNIVERGE BLUE BUSINESS IS BEING TRANSITIONED DIRECTLY TO OUR TRUSTED STRATEGIC PARTNER, INTERMEDIA

With significant shifts in FCC regulations impacting SMS communication, staying informed is crucial for Channel Partners. Effective as of March 26, 2024, new regulations regarding Application to Person (A2P) or Bulk Texting have been implemented, potentially affecting businesses engaged in SMS communication. NEC and UNIVERGE BLUE are here to help explain the impact on your business, how to tell the difference between P2P and A2P messages, how to register your campaigns, and more. These new guidelines are designed to enhance security, reduce spam, and ensure that businesses communicate more effectively and responsibly with their customers.

Navigating these regulatory changes may be daunting, but we're committed to supporting you every step of the way. It's crucial to differentiate between Person-to-Person (P2P) and A2P messaging to protect your business and your customers.
